Jessi Cook

Jessi Cook is a mother of five, military wife, and veteran of the U.S. Air Force. She is also a 2023-2024 fellow in the Writer’s Guild of America’s Veteran’s Writing Project and holds a Master of Science degree in Intelligence Management from the University of Maryland University College. Raised in the small town of Horseshoe Bend, Idaho, she currently lives with her husband Robert, and their five children, Cameron, Carmen, Cory, Cooper, and Connor, in San Antonio, Texas. When she isn’t writing children’s literature and screenplays she enjoys caring for her family, reading, gardening, and planning for a zombie apocalypse.
